Account security on sicodice

Your sicodice login is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) once enabled in account settings. After entering your email and password, you will receive a verification code via SMS or email. Enter this code to complete sign-in. If you do not recognize a login attempt, change your password immediately and contact our support team.

We recommend updating your password every 90 days and using a unique combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and review your recent account activity in the security section of your profile.

Troubleshooting sicodice login issues

Incorrect password

If you see "Invalid credentials", verify that Caps Lock is off and that you are using the correct email or username. Use the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it. Check your email (including spam folder) for the reset link.

Account locked

After five failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for subject to verification. Wait before trying again, or use the password reset flow to regain access sooner.

2FA code not received

Check that your phone number and email are current in your sicodice profile. If the SMS or email does not arrive within two minutes, request a new code. Verify your network connection and check your spam folder.

Browser or device issue

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again. If the problem persists, try a different browser or device. Ensure your browser is up to date and JavaScript is enabled.

If you cannot resolve your login issue using the steps above, contact our support team. We respond to account-access requests within standard business hours. Provide your registered email address and a brief description of the problem. Do not share your password with support staff — we will never ask for it.

Our support team can verify your identity using your KYC documents (identity card, phone number, registered email) and help you regain access to your sicodice account. If your account has been flagged for security review, we will notify you via email with next steps.
